 TRIP TERM & CONDITIONS FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS

TOWN CAR PICKUP PRODEDURE:


FROM BUSH - IAH AIRPORT:
Terminals A, B C (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

1.       Pick up your luggage

2.       Go to the Limo Exit located on the West Side of Terminals A, B, or C.

3.       When you arrive at the Limo Exit there will be a driver with a sign with your name on it.

4.       Tell the driver your name.

Most of our airport pickups are at the Limo Exit located on the West Side of Terminals A, B, or C.

                                                                          

Terminal D (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

Head for the inside door closest to the Ground Transportation (Taxi booth). Driver will be located inside the terminal by that door.

Terminal E (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

1.      When your plane arrives at Terminal "E", proceed to Customs.

2.      Then Pickup your luggage, then proceed to Main Lobby.

3.      Once at the Main Lobby, look for the STARBUCKS COFFEE STAND on your left

4.      Your driver will be waiting for you by the tables close to the STARBUCKS COFFEE STAND.

5.      He will be holding a sign with your name on it.     

For Domestic Airport Pick Ups, driver gets to the airport 15 mins. after actual arrival. For International  Airport Pick Ups, driver gets to the airport 30 mins. after actual arrival time to minimize wait time charges. (It takes approximately 45 mins for the Passenger to go through Customs).

FROM HOBBY - HOU AIRPORT:

1.       Pick up your luggage

   2.       Walk out the ground floor door through the exit farther from SW Carrousel luggage)

3.       Walk past the taxi booth

4.       Proceed to the area filled with town cars

5.       Look for Zone 11

6.       Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it

NO SHOW OR LEAVING WITHOUT NOTICE POLICY

* Failure to show, the customer will be charge full fare.

* Failure to call us if you can't locate the vehicle and leave will result in a full charge to the credit card you have provided us when booked this reservation.

 

EXTRA CHARGES

* For airport transfers from 11:30 pm to 6:00 am we will charge an additional ten dollars ($10.00).  All depends on the scheduled time of arrival of your flight.

 * For every Domestic Airport pick up we charge an additional $5.00 (even on Special Rates). For International Airport pick ups we charge $10.00. That goes to the driver for his wait time and parking fees. 

*When pick up from customer's home and we wait more than 20 minutes we will charge from $20 every 20 minutes.

*We charge $20 after 1 hour wait. Reason: airport parking charge is by the minute.

*We charge $25 for any extra stop.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

**Prepaid trip cancellations fee: 10% of total fare. (Anytime cancelations)

**Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the pick up time will be charge 50% of total fare. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the pick up time will be charge 100% of total fare. (Pre-paid trips included)

      TERM & CONDITIONS FOR HOURLY JOBS OR LIMO TRANSFERS

Agreement & Liability

 

1. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Additional charges may be applied.
2. Client assures that no illegal drugs nor any weapons are allowed in the vehicle. Additional charges may be applied.
3. Client assures that nobody less than 21 years old will be consuming alcoholic beverages. Additional charges may be applied.
4. Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
5. In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
6. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Additional charges will be applied.
7. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. Overtime hours are not guaranteed. You might need to call the office for extra hours of service.
8. Overtime charges: 20 mins + = 30 minutes.  50 mins + = 1 hour.
9. Additional charges: $150.00 for vomiting, $10.00 per broken glass, $100.00 per smoking per person, $150.00 and up for physical damages to the vehicle.
10. No food is allowed in the limousine.
11. Absolute Luxury Limousine Service is not responsible for items left in limo after service is finished.
12. Client agrees that Absolute Luxury Limousine Service will charge a DEPOSIT on credit card provided, as a non refundable deposit, this deposit is necessary to guarantee the reservation.
