CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED  AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO PICK UP FOR ANY AIRPORT SERVICE IN ANY VEHICLE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE REFUND, IF NOT 100% OF TOTAL FARE WILL BE CHARGED.

CANCELLATION FEES: $25 FOR LINCOLN TOWN CAR SEDANS, $50 FOR SUVS, $75 FOR 10 PAX STRETCH LIMOUSINE AND $100 FOR SUV LIMOS. (ANY TIME)

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for all hourly limousine  service.

1) Absolute Luxury Limousines is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on vehicle and will only be responsible up to providing a replacement vehicle and will make up lost time at the end of the scheduled vehicle.

2) The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by them or any members of their party.

3) A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn.

4) Any fines will be paid by customer.

5) The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is any missconduct by party.

6) Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the trip sheet.

7) Not responsible for delays or the termination of service due to unsafe road conditions.

8) Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

9) No pets allowed at any time. In case you forgot to tell us about the pet and we are on location already a minimum of $20 will be charge.

10) No shows or leave without calling the office will be charged in full.If your cellphone is dead you can use telephones at the airport to let us know that you can not locate the driver. WE WILL CHARGE U IF YOU LEAVE WITHOUT CALLING US. NO EXCEPTIONS!

11) The estimated charges on the confirmation above may not be your final charge, additional charges may apply.

12) Early and late pick up fees are $10.00 between 11pm and 6am.

13) Tolls will be charge at $1.00 each.

14) Wait time charges start after 15mins of pick up time. $20 every 30 mins for Towncars, $30 for Suburbans.

15) Any pick up from any airport will be an additional $5.00 for parking.

16) No smoking, food, nor illegal drugs nor weapons allowed.

17) Alcohol is not allowed for people under 21.

18) Vomiting charges: $150.00.
